2 words... GO GETTER! Joshua stood out from the gate, he actually CALLED me within minutes of my quote request. I'm pretty old school, and find that a call shows more initiative than a text. He and his partner were able to come out to my home that same evening. I thought that I would have to wait until the next day, due to it already being around 5pm when we spoke... Nope, he was on it within the hour! He and his partner are very hard-working, courteous and professional. They were sure to get the specifics on what I needed hauled and what was to stay. In other words, they did NOT just come in like the SWAT team and start grabbing stuff. The price was reasonable and customer service was awesome. I am extremely choosey (and "frugal") and it takes a lot for me to buckle down and call someone to do something that I can potentially do myself over time. I am so happy that I decided to trust Total Trash Solutions. You guys made my day and took a little weight off my shoulders.
